02 FAQ

Common questions.

Not seeing your question? Call or text the yacht — we’d rather talk it through.

How many guests can come on the charter?

Up to 12 Guests per charter. The rate is flat — you’re booking the whole yacht for your group, not a per-person ticket.

What species do you target?

South Florida’s top pelagic species — mahi, sailfish, tuna, kingfish, wahoo — plus bottom-fishing for snapper and grouper when the conditions call for it. Your captain will adjust based on season and what’s biting.

What’s included in the charter rate?

Captain, first mate, rods, reels, tackle, bait, ice, water, light snacks, and fish cleaning at the end of the day. The yacht is yours — salon, galley, bar, dining area, staterooms, and the “Kids Room” included.

What’s not included?

Food beyond the light snacks we stock, alcohol, and gratuity for the captain and mate. We can coordinate provisioning if you’d like lunch catered aboard — just ask when you book.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The captain watches the forecast closely and makes the call in your favor. If we cancel for weather, your deposit carries over to a future date or is fully refunded — your choice.

Can we keep the fish?

Yes, within legal size and season limits. The first mate will clean and fillet your catch at the end of the day so you can take it home ready for the grill.

Is this a good charter for kids?

Absolutely — the yacht has a dedicated “Kids Room” stateroom where little ones can nap or take a break. Air-conditioned salon means nobody has to tough out the sun for a full day.

Are gratuities expected?

A 15–20% gratuity for the captain and first mate is customary on a charter of this caliber, but always at your discretion based on the day.
