01 The Program

Every day charter is the same yacht, same crew, same amenities — we just size the day to how much time you want on the water. Private offshore fishing out of Fort Lauderdale for up to 12 guests.

02 Included

What’s in the rate.

The yacht, the crew, and the gear — handled. Just bring a hat, sunscreen, and polarized glasses.

01

Captain & mate

USCG licensed captain and an experienced first mate for the full day. They run the yacht and work the cockpit with your group.

02

Full tackle & bait

Quality rods, reels, tackle, and lures aboard. Live bait, ice, water, and light snacks included. Catch cleaning & filleting at the end of the day.

03

The whole yacht

Air-conditioned salon, full galley, bar, dining area, multiple staterooms, and a private “Kids Room” — yours for the day.

03 Offshore Charter

4 Hour Offshore Trip.

A focused half-day on the water — ideal for first-time charter guests, families with small kids, or travelers fitting a charter into a busy Fort Lauderdale itinerary.

You still get the full M/Y Un Wine experience — captain, first mate, rods, reels, tackle, bait, the air-conditioned salon, and catch cleaning. Just compressed into a tighter day on the water.

04 Offshore Charter

6 Hour Offshore Trip.

The sweet spot for most groups — enough time to run offshore, fish a couple of spots, come inside for lunch in the air-conditioned salon, and head back out for a second session.

Popular with corporate groups, friends’ trips, and families who want a real day aboard without going all the way to 8 hours. Covers more water than the 4-hour without demanding the whole day.

05 Offshore Charter

8 Hour Offshore Trip.

A proper full day aboard M/Y Un Wine — the most water covered, the most opportunities to put fish in the boat, and the best rhythm for a group that wants to settle into the yacht, use the salon, eat well, and fish hard.

Great for serious anglers, larger groups, and anyone who’s been fishing South Florida enough to know that the best bite often isn’t at 7am.

07 FAQ

Common questions.

The short version. Full list on the FAQs page.

How many guests can come?
Up to 12 Guests per charter. The rate is flat — you’re booking the whole yacht for your group, not a per-person ticket.
What species do you target?
South Florida’s top pelagics — mahi, sailfish, tuna, kingfish, wahoo — plus bottom-fishing for snapper and grouper when conditions call for it. Your captain adjusts based on season and what’s biting.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The captain watches the forecast and makes the call in your favor. If we cancel for weather, your deposit carries to another date or is refunded — your choice.
Can we keep the fish?
Yes, within legal limits and season. Catch cleaning and filleting is included at the end of the day.
