What to expect.

M/Y Un Wine departs from a private slip in South Florida. We’ll send the exact meeting location and parking details with your booking confirmation.

On a luxury charter

Your captain, mate and stewardess greet you at the yacht, walk you through the plan and take care of your group from start to finish.

On a fishing charter

Your captain, mate and fishing guide have the tackle and bait rigged before you board. Expect a short safety brief, then a run to the grounds.

What to bring

Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, soft-soled non-marking shoes, a light layer for evenings and a swimsuit if you plan to swim.

What’s the difference between a luxury yacht charter and a fishing charter?
Luxury yacht charters are about cruising, swimming, dining and celebrating, with a captain, mate and stewardess. Fishing charters add a dedicated fishing guide with full tackle and bait, and the day is planned around putting fish in the boat. Both book the whole yacht.
How many guests can come?
Up to 12 guests on sunset and day charters. Multi-day trips are limited to 6 guests so everyone has a proper stateroom.
What’s included in the charter rate?
Luxury charters: captain, mate and stewardess. Fishing charters: captain, mate and fishing guide, full tackle and bait, ice, water and catch cleaning. Every charter includes the whole yacht: salon, galley, bar, dining area, staterooms and the “Kids Room”. Multi-day trips add onboard lodging and a chef/stewardess.
What’s not included?
Gratuity for the crew is not included. Food, beverages and provisioning are planned with you when you book, just ask about what you’d like aboard.
Where do you go?
Day and sunset charters run the South Florida coastline and waterways. Multi-day trips range through South Florida and the Bahamas depending on weather, target species and how many days you have.
What species do you target on fishing charters?
Mahi, sailfish, tuna, kingfish and wahoo, plus snapper and grouper when conditions call for it. Your captain adjusts based on season and what’s biting.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The captain watches the forecast closely and makes the call in your favor. If we cancel for weather, your deposit carries over to a future date or is refunded, your choice. On multi-day trips we’ll often shift the route or sit in a protected anchorage rather than cancel.
Is M/Y Un Wine a good fit for kids?
Absolutely. The yacht has a dedicated “Kids Room” stateroom where little ones can nap or take a break, and the air-conditioned salon means nobody has to tough out the sun.
Are gratuities expected?
A 15 to 20% gratuity for the crew is customary on a charter of this caliber, always at your discretion.
